It’s the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Some of our favorite things to do here: • Watch deer and wildlife right from the yard • Walk to Goodison and Paint Creek Cider Mills • Stargaze away from the city lights • Play board games (we’ve stocked plenty!) • Visit the iconic Yates Cider Mill • Hike scenic local trails • Shop, eat, and unwind in Downtown Rochester Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, the backyard, and the private trail access behind the cottage. Enjoy the space as your own — including the kitchen, laundry area, driveway parking, and all outdoor seating. You’ll use a secure smart lock for easy self-check-in anytime after 3 PM. Other things to note • The cottage sits in a peaceful wooded area — you may see deer, fox, and other wildlife. • The home is on a private well and septic system, so please be mindful of what goes down the drains. • The Paint Creek Trail is directly behind the home, offering incredible access to walking, biking, and running paths. • We’ve stocked the home with essentials to make your stay comfortable: fresh linens, toiletries, coffee, board games, and more. • Fast WiFi makes remote work easy, and the surroundings make it peaceful.
