Santa Rosalia Sea and Sun

Our spacious & luxurious apartment is located in the Santa Rosalia Lake & Life resort, with many facilities next to the artificial lake. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, 5 minutes drive from the beach and restaurants. Away from mass tourism and yet close to everything, and only 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Microclimate, numerous golf resorts nearby, and the proximity of the cultural cities of Murcia and Cartagena. The space The apartment is 90m2 and has, in addition to the living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite. Each bathroom has a rain shower, its own toilet and sink. A hairdryer is provided. Each bedroom has handy built-in wardrobes with hangers, and enough space to neatly store everything for 2 people each time. The living room and kitchen form 1 whole and overlook the outdoor terrace, which is partly covered. On the terrace you will find, in addition to a 4-person dining table, a nice lounge set to enjoy the view of the lake. Furthermore, the familiar kitchen appliances are used, including a dishwasher, and a handy washer/dryer combination is also provided. A safe for the laptop and other valuables is of course not to be missed. Guest access In addition to the apartment with included basement space for storing suitcases, etc., there are the facilities of the Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. With the wristbands (4 per apartment) you get access to the lake and the gym. The gym is located behind the restaurant La Reserva, and offers sports facilities based on dumbbells and a number of devices. Furthermore, the resort has also provided space for a number of ball sports, table tennis, paddle, ... Paid activities are always charged to the tenant. In the long term, the resort also provides shops and additional leisure facilities. Other things to note We have furnished your accommodation with great care and we hope to guarantee you a pleasant holiday. Santa Rosalia is a unique place with a beautiful lake that is synonymous with relaxation and wonderful enjoyment under the Spanish sun. The beach is only a 5 to 10 minute drive away, and is also a nice place to spend your holiday. The sea water is nice and warm and only very slowly does it get deeper, because of the La Manga dam. Ideal for children! Los Alcazares offers many nice restaurants and bars along the water or in the city centre. Shopping is a 20 minute drive away in La Zenia, where a real shopping mall guarantees hours of entertainment. Murcia and Cartagena are 2 historic cities nearby, which are definitely worth a visit!
