The bedroom is facing the back of the building, so there is much less outside noise. The windows are double-glazed as well. There are 5 other apartments within the block should you be travelling as part of a larger group and need more than one property. This one is on the second floor. The flat has about 15 internal stairs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. Other things to note EDINBURGH'S LOW EMISSION ZONE Edinburgh's LEZ came into effect on June 1st, 2024. If you intend to come by car please check out the restrictions imposed by Edinburgh City Council otherwise you may face a fine. More info is available at Edinburgh government's website. Please search for low emission zone. Parking charges are applicable 7 days a week within Zones 1 to 4. Please check the rules and pricing before you park. Other areas of the city may offer free on-street parking, however, please do check signs on the street. Evergreen Property will not be held liable for any parking charges incurred. WORK HOURS -communication Evergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TAP WATER Edinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to. LICENSING This property is a licenced Aparthotel.
