The space Our pool is open year-round, though it is not heated. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Guests enter through the front door using a digital keypad. The entryway opens into a bright, open-concept living and dining area, featuring a sofa bed, two armchairs, a SmartTV, and a large farm-style dining table. Adjacent to the dining space is a galley-style kitchen, fully stocked with all the essential cookware and utensils, plus an additional dining table with seating for four. The home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the main floor, you’ll find the first bedroom with a full bed and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a second full bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a Smart TV, while bedrooms three and four each have two full beds. Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, complete with a bistro table and chairs, a charcoal grill, and a seasonal pool for relaxing and entertaining. Please note: Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool. These visits are brief and will not interfere with your stay. We will need access to the yard and pool area on service days. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Guests will receive a keypad code prior to check-in for easy, contact-free entry. You will have full and private access to the home during your stay. Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and are required to sign a rental agreement. If you notify us of your intent to cancel before the free cancellation period expires, 97% of your payment will be refunded. The remaining 3% covers non-refundable credit card processing fees. Pet Policy We are a pet-friendly home. To ensure the space remains comfortable for all guests: - Pets must be crated when left unattended. - Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. - All pet waste must be cleaned from the yard. - A non-refundable pet fee applies to all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or uncollected waste, additional cleaning charges will apply. If a security deposit is collected, all or part may be retained to cover these costs.
