Our two-bedroom guesthouse was created with care and intention, blending comfort with a strong focus on sustainability. From the eco-friendly products we provide to the low-waste ethos we live by, everything here is designed to help you enjoy your stay with a lighter footprint. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a cozy, relaxed escape: – A fully equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, pod coffee machine, and pantry staples (tea, coffee, and a few basics to get you started) – A light-filled living and dining area with seating for four, smart TV, and air-conditioning. – Two bedrooms—one queen and one with two singles—with wardrobes and seasonally French linen or soft flannelette bedding – A full bathroom with a 9kg washing machine and a range of plant-based body products Step outside onto your own expansive deck, where mornings are made for coffee at the bar seating, and evenings invite you to sit by the fire pit under the stars. Firewood is available via honesty box, or collect it from our Forest if you wish. You’ll have total privacy during your stay, though we live in the main house at the top of the driveway if you need anything. You will meet Kora, our 7-year-old Kelpie, who often wanders down for a pat or a snooze in the sun. If you'd prefer not to have her visit, just let us know—we’ll keep her closer to home. Guest access Our accommodation is fully self-contained and set apart from our main house by garden hedge, providing peace, seclusion, and privacy throughout your stay. Once you arrive and park, the rest of the property is yours to enjoy. You’ll have full access to: A large, mowed open space. A slashed paddock that leads you into our private rainforest, where you're welcome to wander and explore at your leisure. A spring-fed dam nestled near the forest edge The entire area is bordered by an old barbed-wire fencing, marking the property boundary—please help us by not crossing into adjacent properties. Though we live on the property, the space has been designed to offer you privacy and freedom. Whether on the deck, exploring the bush trails, or sitting by the firepit under the stars, you’ll feel like you have the place all to yourself. Other things to note Pet Policy- We love hosting dog friends, but please note the following: No cats. Dogs are not allowed on beds or lounges. Guests must bring their own pet bedding and/or crate. Please be aware that the balcony and property are not securely fenced. From time to time, our friendly 7-year-old Kelpie may be around.
