ID137180 Welcome to our warm and cozy one-bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an old townhouse in a quiet location, near Bratstva Square. At 20 m², everything you need for a relaxed and carefree getaway in our lovely little town awaits you. The space Our one-bedroom suite is dedicated to my grandfather Leopold, known as Ata Polde, who was a special personality in the community of the city of Piran. He was a carpenter, a modeller, a restorer, a lover of heritage and an artistic soul in general. Lover of his skill he has passed on to other generations. He has been a mentor of the Anbot Cultural Society, which is still engaged in preserving old customs, restoration and other cultural events in the city of Piran. A PLACE TO REST AND RELAX * A quality Murphy bed (folding), easy to tidy up during the day – a comfortable sofa for daytime relaxation hides under it. * Bright living space with dining table by the window. * Air conditioning, * Wifi * safety deposit box and * Basic cable TV and Netflix for year-round comfort. The special warmth in the room is given by a handmade wooden floor, lovingly created by my grandfather. Every piece of wood has been carefully selected, hand-treated, and laid out so that today not only carries a functional value – it tells its own story. When you walk on this parquet, you walk through memories, respect, and a family heritage that fills the space with a gentle, home-made energy. For me, this parquet is one of the most special parts in the space – and I hope you can feel it too. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: * induction plate, * oven, * microwave, * refrigerator with freezer, * water heater, * basic kitchen utensils, * basic kitchen ingredients (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, flour), * coffee, tea, and a welcome gift awaiting you upon arrival. BATHROOM: In the bathroom you will find: * towels, * shampoo for body and hair, * basic hygiene items (earsticks, ladies' pads, moisturizing wipes, toilet paper), * hair dryer and * first aid kit. Guest access ARRIVING BY CAR: If you are arriving in Piran by car, just to warn you that driving and parking inside the city is limited. Only 15-minute free access is allowed in the historic core, and then high hourly tariffs start (€6 per hour). City Superintendents often check the correctness of parking in Old Town, so if you park in spots exclusively for locals or inappropriate locations, you may be ticketed. Our apartment is located in an area where access by car is still possible, so we strongly recommend that you come by car only for a short time to drop off your luggage. Be aware, the street is often busy due to high season. For longer parking, we recommend: 1) Public parking garage FORNAČE (address: Fornače 23, 6330 Piran) It is located approximately 1,000 meters away from the apartment. The daily rate is EUR 32. In the garage house you can use the free elevator to the ground floor. From there there is a city bus that is 50 meters away (payment: 1 euro, card only), but you can also have a nice walk to the city center. 2) ARZE public parking garage (address: Arze 1b, 6330 Piran) It is located above Piran, near the stadium and the walls, and in the direction of Fiesa. The daily payment is 20 EUR. Smaller parking garage, check availability. A 10-minute walk downhill to Tartini Square - the city center. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the price and is settled upon arrival, when the keys are handed over. Payment is only possible by cash. Occupancy Tax Amounts: * €3.13 per night per adult. The studio is located on the 1st floor, access is via an internal staircase (there is no elevator). The entrance is shared with the owner. The space is best suited for one or two people. Recommended for couples, as prices are adjusted for 2-person stays. Please no smoking or pets. Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. The suite is located in an older apartment building with quiet neighbors. We are always available to answer your questions or provide assistance.
