The space A large family room with a gas fireplace welcomes you as you enter the mid century modern home. Enjoy the beautiful views from downtown Greenville to the mountains of South Carolina from the large deck. A full kitchen with double ovens, full refrigerator with ice maker, four burner electric stove, microwave and Keurig is next to the family room. Just across from the kitchen is an iconic wooden paneled spacious dining room with seating for 14. The antique leaded glass doors are original to the home and came from a hotel in Atlanta in 1969. Bedrooms • Primary bedroom features a king bed, sunken tub and full ensuite bathroom and closet. • Guest room #2 features a king bed, a twin daybed with twin trundle, large closet and full shared bathroom with Guest Room #3. • Guest Room #3 features a king bed, twin daybed with twin trundle, large closet and a full shared bathroom with Guest Room #2. • Guest Room #4 features two queen beds and a closet, with a spiral staircase to the arcade. Bathrooms Upstairs there are 3 full bathrooms including the Primary. Next to the pool, you will also find a convenient half bath and outdoor shower. Deck: Enjoy eating outside while taking in the view on our two dining tables, or after a long day of travel and fun, soak in the relaxing hot tub. Screened porch (downstairs off the Arcade Room and Sauna) Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted along with security deposit and government issued ID. Parking for six cars max in driveway (no parking allowed on our road or in front of neighboring properties per neighborhood policy). To help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and to be respectful of our neighbors, we use Minut noise sensors outside the home. The devices do not record or listen to conversations—they simply monitor overall noise levels to help prevent disturbances. It's a privacy-safe way to keep things peaceful and enjoyable for all guests and our community. We have four exterior cameras located at front door, garage, pool area and upper deck. The driveway is large enough to accommodate up to six cars. Guest access Guest have exclusive access to the entire house and amenities--no shared spaces with neighbors. The attic space, owner's closets and back storage area of the garage are locked owner's areas and not available for guest use. Other things to note Walk down the natural rock steps and enter the front door. Step into the family room with its cozy gas fireplace, and enjoy the sweeping view from the full length deck outside. Look out over the waterfall pool and watch the gorgeous sunset. If you desire more activity, you can have a tennis or pickleball match on the full size private court or play pool on the slate table in the game room. Or, swim in the custom pool with built in bar stools to take advantage of the beautiful view of Travelers Rest, Greenville, and the surrounding mountains. The wooden heated sauna is located just steps from the pool, and you can't miss watching the sun set from the hot tub! There is plenty of room with beds for 14 people and parking in our driveway for six cars. Universal EV charger onsite available for guest use.
