The residence has many green spaces, a children's playground, a gym and a beautiful swimming pool. All the necessary amenities are close to the accommodation (supermarket, café-restaurant, hairdresser, pharmacies...) The space The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms. The first has its own dressing room, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and balcony. The second is equipped with a dressing room, a workspace, and a separate bathroom, also with shower. The kitchen is spacious, functional and fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, stovetop and range hood, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and all the kitchen essentials you might need. It also has a well appointed laundry area. The bright and friendly living room stretches harmoniously over a dining area and has a direct view of the terrace. The latter is equipped with an electric blind, allowing to modulate the sunshine according to the desires, while bringing comfort and privacy. There is also a Smart TV with a Netflix account, access to channels and fiber optic Wi-Fi. A private parking space is available in the garage, and if necessary, it is also possible to park in the secure outdoor parking located on the grounds of the residence. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible for guests. Other things to note The residence is secured with the presence of a security guard at the entrance 24/7. Entry to the apartment will be done autonomously using a digicode lock, the access code of which will be provided 24 hours to 48 hours before your arrival. The apartment is non-smoking. If necessary, please smoke only on the outdoor terrace.
