All the necessary amenities are close to the accommodation (supermarket, cafe-restaurant, hairdresser, pharmacies...) The space The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms. The first has its own dressing room, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and balcony. The second is equipped with a dressing room, a workspace, and a separate bathroom, also with shower. The kitchen is spacious, functional and fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, stovetop and range hood, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and all the kitchen essentials you might need. It also has a well appointed laundry area. The bright and friendly living room stretches harmoniously over a dining area and has a direct view of the terrace.
