Guest access The area in front of the house parallel with the cedar fence, this includes the water feature and the space around it. The area to the sides of the house and all the land behind the house, approximately 10 acres. The area to the east of the house is where I live, in the architectural barn. Other things to note The 14 acres are shared with a 1BR guest house that is adjacent to the main house, well separated by an 8ft natural cedar fence and distance. I also live on the 14 acres on a converted barn. I am here 50% of the time. Please also be aware there is a bee-hive 100 yards north from the west end of the house. Please do not disturb the bees. The wont bother you unless you are in their flight line and right up close to the hive. It’s a flat top hive and visible from distance. For safety, property access visibility, and wildlife monitoring, there is a front-facing driveway gate camera, a Ring camera on the exterior of my private barn, and a wildlife trail camera far at the back of the wooded acreage. Importantly none of these device’s record audio or overlook any guest areas, and there are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces. They are also not actively monitored. I have been very intentional about preserving and protecting privacy.
