Generously stocked with a spice rack, baking sheets, pots & pans galore – plus necessary tools like blenders, crockpots and a toaster – there won't be an ingredient or technique left unperfected in any dish. Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms The home sleeps up to 12 people, making it an ideal space for family reunions, bachelor or bachelorette parties, wedding parties or traveling with friends! All of the bedrooms are outfitted with incredible mattresses that we regularly get compliments on. They're so good we bought one for our own house! The perfect abode for family and friends, the home is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms perfectly situated on one level. Resting easy won't be a problem as 3 of these rooms offer luxurious king-sized beds while the 4th reveals its laid back vibes through an inviting twin over full bunk bed frameset that also includes a cozy trundle underneath. All of the bedrooms are equipped with 55in Smart TV's so you can wind down with a movie or your favorite show. Outdoor Living Spaces Get ready for luxury in your own backyard. Relax under the covered patio with a grill sizzling, dinner on the outdoor dining table, and cozy lounge chairs perfect for an evening spent star-gazing. And that's before you dive into the heated pool featuring its very own thrilling slide! An in-ground hot tub awaits to melt away any cares or worries of every day life - all just steps from your back door! **ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL** Our pool and spa can be heated year round, however depending on the outside temperatures during your stay, it could be more difficult to heat during January and February's coldest temperatures. Thank you for understanding. While the pool won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is consistently maintained at 86º degrees November to April/May. Our pool team comes to take care of the home on Mondays and Thursdays. On the coldest days of the year, our pool may not reach the set temperature due to the extreme cold. Most heat pumps do not function as well when outside temperature is less than 55 degrees. We’re happy to provide this added comfort at no extra charge, so you can focus on enjoying your stay. Please note that pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In San Antonio! ☆★ Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, completely private to themselves. Initial access is provided using a wifi digital keypad. Guests will be provided a unique code and can check in as late as they may need, providing the ultimate convenience. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $500 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. Pet Fee is $290 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.
