Other things to note Pool and spa company make visits to the house every Wednesday between 10am-4pm. Starter supplies of TP, Paper Towels, Coffee and Trash Bags are provided meant to last 2-3 days. Guests will need to purchase additional supplies if more of these items are needed. Hot water heater may need 30-45min to regenerate hot water if a lot of showers are used consecutively.
