You're required to review and sign the Rental Property Agreement, upload license and provide a $1000 "hold" on a credit card via a secure portal called Owner Reservation System. Failure to comply can result to the cancellation of reservation. Other things to note • Please treat our home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. • There is a beautiful brook that borders our property. Please keep a close eye on children.
