Bring your skis or mountain bikes to head up to the mountain. Or bring your boat and fishing poles to explore the many beautiful nearby lakes. And of course, the attraction so many come from all over the nation, and from Canada for, Silverwood Theme Park. 🛏️ Accommodation & Layout 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Home Sleeps 8 and has a great loft area and entertainer's kitchen in a layout ideal for families, groups, or multi‑couple getaways. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, bedside tables with lamps and a charging station, TV, and seating chair, and walk in closet including hangers and a luggage rack. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, large closet with hangers and luggage rack, and bedside table with a charging station and lamps. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, a large closet with hangers and luggage rack, a bedside table with a lamp and charging station. Primary bedroom has a large bathroom with a vanity seating area. the Second and third bedrooms share a large bathroom. both of these include full linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as some essentials if you find you need them (cotton swabs, makeup removing wipes, etc.). Downstairs you'll find the 1/2 bathroom that allows for easy access while enjoying entertainment downstairs. 🏡 Living Spaces & Style Stylish, modern décor with comfortable furnishings—blending elegance and mountain-lodge warmth. Addtionally, a toaster, slow cooker, as well some basic spices and an array of cooking utensils are present to make you feel at home. 🔥 Indoor Comfort & Amenities There is a switch activated gas fireplace that is extra cozy in the winter and cooler months. High-speed Wi‑Fi, smart TVs with personalized streaming capabilities with your own logins are present, as well as a video game console and DVD player. A small selection or books, DVDs, and board/card games are also present for your enjoyment. Washer and dryer in-unit with soap and dryer sheets available in the laundry room. 🌳 Outdoor Features & Yard 5 acres of private land, surrounded by serene woods. Immediate backyard is fenced. Ample parking is present on the premise, including garage parking. Feel free to bring your boat with you as well! There's plenty of room. And with the proximity to Farragut State Park as well as all the other nearby lakes, it makes for an ideal location for boating, fishing, etc. Location & Nearby Activities 🎢 Silverwood Theme Park is only 10 minutes away and boasts over 70 various rides, shows, attractions, roller coasters, and even has a huge water park. ⛷️ Schweitzer Mountain Ski is less than an hour away and is not just a ski resort. They have spa services, as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, and amazing views of Lake Pend Oreille from the top after a quick chair lift ride. 🚤 Farragut State Park is a short drive away and offers opportunities boating, hiking, fishing, and even zip-lining.
