The space Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and a couch in the living room that pulls out to another queen size bed. Guest access 2 parking spaces on property, as well as more parking on the road. Other things to note This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath house. It can sleep up to 4 people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size pull out couch in the living room. There is a tv in the bedroom and the living room. Both TVs have fire sticks for all of your streaming needs. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is fully applianced with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, air fryer/toaster oven and Keurig. There is enough dishes for 4 or more people. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Basic seasonings supplied- ie: salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, garlic power, etc. 2 rolls of toilet paper & 1 roll of paper towels will be supplied. Target, Walgreens & Stop & Shop are all a 5 minutes drive away. Shampoo/conditioner, soap & hair dryer all supplied in the bathroom. Towels, bedding and extra blankets are all supplied. There is a mini split for heat and air in the kitchen and bedroom, as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Wave Hi to the tug boat that goes by daily. On Sunday afternoons, sit back and enjoy the sailboat races!
