This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing and countryside stay ideal for meeting with friends, family or couples. With a unique panoramic view of the valley, it is surrounded by a halo of greenery. You can enjoy plenty of local fauna and flora from the terrace. The cottage has been freshly renovated by us. The house is bordered by hiking trails. Forest accessible from the house 40 m away. The space The accommodation has 3 large bedrooms overlooking the garden or the valley, without any vis-à-vis. Each room has a double bed and a desk. The downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom, with bathtub and separate toilet. Extra bed for a seventh person located in the hallway (preferably for a child). Possibility of accommodating an eighth person with an extra bed (upon request). A large living room is at your disposal with two sofas, a dining area and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher. You will find all the essentials for cooking. We also provide several addresses of restaurants and local producers. The house is oriented east-west, which gives it great brightness from morning to night. Ideal for watching the sunsets over the valley. Finally, a large terrace and garden surrounding the house offers complete immersion in nature. The house has been renovated with bio-based and natural paints and materials. Folding baby crib and childcare equipment available upon request. There is no railing at the terrace (vegetable garden border that limits access). Reminder: Supervision of children is your responsibility. Guest access The accommodation offered is a fully independent house adjoining our house. The indoor and outdoor spaces are designed so that you can fully enjoy your stay with peace of mind. The accommodation is located 10 min drive from Castillon-la-Bataille and the banks of the Dordogne where you can find all the local shops as well as an SNCF train station. 20 min drive, you can discover the picturesque village of Saint Emilion. Possibility to pick you up at the Castillon la Bataille train station and bring you back to the train station during your departure for people without a car (please notify in advance). Electric bikes can also be rented and delivered to your home by local companies. Lots of charming villages nearby. Region with a very rich historical and natural heritage. Lake Blasimon with clean water 5 km from the house and recreation area. Multitudes of free sports activities offered from July 7 to August 16 (paddle, tennis, Nordic walking, archery, etc.) Other things to note The house is located in a place 2 minutes' drive from the nearest villages (Ruch, Pujols-sur-Dordogne, etc.) each with a restaurant, a convenience store, beautiful views...
