Heart of the city, Private apartment with the host

Read the description carefully to the end :) 80 m² floor renovated into an apartment in an old stone house. Bright, with windows on two sides, dining room on the north side overlooking the garden and large trees, 2 bedrooms with double beds on the south side facing the square. You will be on the 2nd and top floor of our house but completely independent. You will have at your disposal a brand new equipped kitchen and shower room. The apartment is cozy and well insulated. You can enjoy its spacious rooms and vintage decor 🧡 The space The house is right in the historic center of La Reole, on a very beautiful recently renovated and pedestrianized square. (No car access or possible on request to unload/load) Many shops nearby in beautiful streets, cobblestones, historical monuments (Château des Quat'sos, Priory and stunning views of the Garonne, the oldest town hall in France), beautiful market on Saturday by the river. Many bookstores and cafés, bars, restaurants, and two quality local breweries! Guest access You will have access to the entire top floor of our house, renovated into a spacious apartment. Two floors to climb. Possibility to leave your bikes on the terrace or in the entrance hall. For cars, parking is rather easy in the nearby surroundings. For motorized two-wheelers, hooking up is possible on the square (location provided). Please note: you will have the house keys, but the private floor will not be locked. For safety reasons, and in case of emergency, we choose this option as a host, the accommodation being in our house (general secure space). Thank you for understanding. Other things to note We have cats, they have absolutely no access to the floors. However, we advise people prone to severe allergies or asthma to guard against an attack, which the presence, even distant, of cats could generate.
