You will be on the top floor of our house but totally independent. You will have a new equipped kitchen and shower room. The apartment is warm and well insulated, you can enjoy its spacious volumes and vintage decor 🧡 The space The house is right in the historic center of La Reole, in a beautiful newly renovated and pedestrianized square. (No car access or possible on request for unloading/loading) Many shops nearby in beautiful streets, cobblestone, historical monuments (Château des Quat'sos, Prieuré and breathtaking view of the Garonne, the oldest town hall in France), beautiful market on Saturdays by the river. Numerous bookstores and cafes, bars, restaurants, and two quality local brewers/heres! Guest access You will have at your disposal The entire top floor of our house, renovated into a spacious apartment. Two floors to climb. Possibility to leave your bikes on the terrace or in the entrance hall. For cars rather easy parking in the nearby area. For two motorized wheels, hook possible in the square (planned location). Attention: you will have the keys to the house, but the private floor will not be locked. For safety reasons, and in case of emergency, we choose this option as a host, the listing being in our house (general secure space). Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note We have cats, these have strictly no access to the floors. However, we advise people prone to severe allergies or asthma to guard against a seizure, which the presence, even far away, of cats could generate.
