We're perfectly situated just 15 minutes from both South Queensferry and Linlithgow, and only a few minutes from the M9 Motorway, offering quick and easy access across the east–west regions. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, our home offers a peaceful place to recharge between adventures! The space Our home is brand new, completed in April 2023. Floor Plans for the property are included within the photos. Downstairs: Living room. Children’s playroom. Large open plan kitchen/dining living room with sliding doors to the garden. Garden: It’s a suntrap! Lovely seating area. BlackStone BBQ. Upstairs: Room 1: Master bedroom with King sized bed, and en-suite shower room. Room 2: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Room 3: Double bedroom Room 4: Cot and a double airbed for up to 2 adults can be used as a replacement if required. Family Bathroom: Full bath and shower servicing Room3/4. *Travel cot is also available on request. Guest access You can have full use of our home, apart from our 5th Bedroom and Pantry (connected to the Utility Room) which we will be storing our belongings. Please respect all our space, as it is a home not just a house, and leave it as you found it :) Other things to note We can be really flexible with check-in and check-out times if needed, please ask if you need earlier/later times :) This house is our home, please treat with care and respect.
