We invite you to a new private accommodation in the village of Přemyslov, right next to the ski resort in the heart of the Jeseníky Mountains. Enjoy skiing a few steps from the accommodation, without having to commute. The modernly furnished building offers comfortable facilities for families with children, couples and groups of friends. In the immediate vicinity there is a cable car, a children's lift, a ski school and a rental shop. Thanks to its location, the accommodation is ideal for both winter holidays and summer stays - hiking, cycling and relaxation in the beautiful mountain nature of the Jeseníky Mountains. The space The modern cottage offers comfortable accommodation with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and the nearby ski slope. The building consists of two parts - the lower brick part with garage and technical facilities is not part of the lease. The rented space is an upper wooden building of the "A" type, which provides privacy and a pleasant mountain atmosphere. Near the cottage there is a separate Tiny house, which is fully independent and can be rented together by agreement to increase the capacity by 2 people. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Behind the house there is a quiet relaxation zone with a garden, ideal for relaxing and sitting overlooking the countryside. On the ground floor of the rented space there is an entrance hall with a built-in hanger and shoe rack, a spacious social area with a bar, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table and a living area with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a toilet and the first double room. A steeper staircase leads to the upper floor. Upstairs there is a corridor overlooking the living room and two double bedrooms, one of which is accessible by a smaller staircase. All rooms are equipped with a double bed, bedding and storage space. Thanks to the large number of windows, guests can enjoy plenty of light and wonderful views of the surrounding mountain landscape. --- And once again Safety notes also without formatting: There is a steeper staircase leading to the upper floor in the building. One of the rooms upstairs is accessible by a small staircase. We recommend increased caution, especially for small children, seniors and people with reduced mobility. The staircase is not equipped with a child barrier. Guest access The premises are marked. Other things to note Energy and comfort - Electricity consumption is included in the price of the stay. - Heating (winter season): the building is centrally heated to 21 °C. Temperature increase is possible for an additional fee of 200 CZK / day. Parking - 2 free parking spaces right next to the building. - Another parking space: 200 CZK / day. Safety For your safety and peace of mind, the building is equipped with: - first aid kit - fire extinguisher - fire alarm (smoke detector) - marking of emergency exits - security cameras in outdoor areas (parking lot, entrance) - a list of emergency contacts The location of safety equipment and emergency contacts is available to guests directly in the building. Security cameras monitor only the outdoor areas of the building in order to protect property. There are no cameras or recording devices in the living areas. Check‑in / check‑out - Standard check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Standard check-out: by 10:00 - Early check‑in from 9:00: 1 300 CZK (only if there is no other reservation before the stay) - Extended check-out until 16:00: 1 300 CZK (not possible with a follow-up reservation) - Check-in or check-out is not possible on Saturday. Arrival and administration - Upon arrival, you will fill out a short guest registration form. - The administration fee is already included in the price of the stay. Cleaning - We ask guests to do basic cleaning at check-out. - A fee of CZK 1,000 may be charged in case of non-performance. Additional services - Hot tub (May-September): 500 CZK / day (paid on the spot, prior arrangement required) - E-bike rental: 1 190 CZK / day. Note All additional services and any surcharges are paid on the spot according to the price list.
