Room 7 is a newly built room at Kappella Boutique, restored with traditional Maltese stone. Once the site of the old oven’s chimney, it now features two bright windows overlooking the peaceful internal yard and a view of the nearby chapel dome. A modern ensuite completes this warm and light-filled space. The space Kappella Boutique is a restored 300-year-old Maltese townhouse located in the heart of Żurrieq, one of the island’s oldest and most peaceful villages. The property features 8 uniquely designed rooms, each with its own story, blending historic charm with modern comforts. While each room is private and self-contained with its own bathroom, guests also share access to common areas including: • A breakfast room where a light continental breakfast is served daily • A quiet internal courtyard • Optional services like airport transfers, luggage storage, and local tips to help you plan your stay Our team is available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and we also offer self check-in for late arrivals. Whether you’re here for history, relaxation, or adventure, Kappella Boutique offers a truly local experience with comfort and care. Guest access You will have private access to your room and ensuite bathroom. You may also use the shared common areas of the guesthouse: • Internal courtyard and entrance hall • Breakfast area in the courtyard • Shared fridge and basic amenities in the common area • Roof terrace Check-In: We offer self check-in using a main door code and a key box for your room key. Check-Out: Leave the key in the key box when departing. Room 7 is located on the first floor, accessed via a traditional stone staircase. Other things to note • Quiet Village Setting: The property is located in Żurrieq, a very peaceful area ideal for relaxation, just minutes from the airport and major attractions like the Blue Grotto, Ħaġar Qim, and Mnajdra Temples. • 🍽 Breakfast is available daily in the courtyard at an additional charge. It is a simple continental breakfast served between 08:00 and 10:00. Breakfast is optional and can be joined on any day during your stay. • 🧺 Laundry Service: Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is available upon request and may carry a small charge. • Smart Check-In Available: For arrivals after 7:00 PM, we provide smart access codes and lockbox instructions so you can check in anytime. • Accessibility: Room 2 is located on the ground floor with no stairs required. • Local Holiday Planning: We’re happy to help you plan your holiday with tips, transport options, and suggestions for restaurants, tours, and local experiences.
