Fully self-contained guest suite adjacent to our family home, the space is yours to enjoy. Located just minutes from the theme parks and perfectly positioned between the hinterland and the beaches, it’s an ideal base for exploring or unwinding on the Gold Coast. The studio has its own entrance, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout your stay. The outdoor pool is shared and open for guest use during daylight hours. Other things to note We’re a family of three with a toddler, a dog and 2 indoor cats living onsite. Acoustic panels help minimise noise, but you may occasionally hear typical daytime sounds. Our dog might bark briefly at the postman or when arriving and leaving but is generally quiet. We maintain a peaceful environment, especially between 7pm and 7am.
