Newly built Chalet Le Cotaret - Gite Killy is a brand new, contemporary, peaceful chalet for 8 people. With special attention to practical facilities, cosy communal areas and individual comfort. The property is located in Bourg Saint Maurice and is just a 3-minute drive from the centre and the Funicular railway that takes you up to Les Arcs ski resort in a mere 8 minutes. The resorts of La Plagne, La Rosière, Tignes/Val d’Isère, Sainte Foy and Les 3 Vallées are less than an hour’s drive away. The space The gite has 2 private parking spaces, with opportunity to charge electric vehicles. There is a spacious living/dining room on the first floor with panoramic views and a covered terrace. Bedroom 1: 1 bunkbed + 2 singles (toilet/basin ensuite, shower in hallway) Bedroom 2: 2 singles (shower, basin, toilet ensuite). All single beds can be pushed together to create a double. Beds are 90*200cm. Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Beds will be made prior to your arrival. There is a fully equipped kitchen (fondue, raclette sets and coffee machine provided). Free WiFi throughout the gite and digital TV. For those who enjoy outdoor activities the chalet has a ski/bike room and a utility room/boot room to conveniently store your sports gear. For your convenience we also provide a bike cleaning stand, bike tools and a washing machine and dryer for laundry. Guest access When renting Gite Killy, you will have access to the 6-person gite, the spacious balcony and 2 parking spaces. Other things to note Direct bookings require a 100 € cleaning fee (for bookings made via a third party platform this fee is included in the total fees) The following OPTIONS can be reserved after the booking has been made - please enquire before booking : * Catering : Contact us for more info about the different formulas we offer (breakfast service/half board/food delivery/fully catered). * Ski passes : we create ski passes on site, ready on arrival. This service is free. The price depends on the pass that you choose. * Discount at selected supplier(s) on ski rental. * Happy to recommend partners for ski/snowboard lessons, transfer companies, meal delivery services and nanny services. * Groceries pick-up service at SuperU (for a fee/ based on our availability). PETS: This property does not accept pets SHOPPING: Bourg Saint Maurice has 2 large supermarkets (Intermarché and SuperU) and plenty of smaller shops. There are also a number of specialised bike & ski stores. SKI RENTAL EQUIPMENT DELIVERED AT YOUR CHALET: Avoid queuing up in busy stores and have your ski equipment delivered in your chalet. Order in advance online, the team will come at a time of your choosing with your equipment and spares. Changes or swaps can be done during the week. The pricing is competitive.
