Getting relocated for work? Need a place to stay while you’re at school? Your place is being remodeled? Look no further! My home away from home was created with love for my OWN family to come stay with us when they visit Charlotte. The home is a modern, sleek 2-BR townhome! With plenty of eateries, shops and things to do, this space has all the convenience mixed with great amenities! Imagine sitting poolside soaking up the sun or lounging in my outdoor living area after a long day! The space PRIVATE and incredibly Spacious! Beautifully decorated, clutter free, very clean, recently remodeled with central air conditioning. Perfect for a single traveler, couple or a whole family! High speed internet (400mbps), TV + water bottles, coffee maker, and air fryer. If it’s in the fridge or cabinets guests are free to use them. Washer and dryer available! All are welcome in my home. Need a bit of quiet space to work remotely–feel free to get comfy at the modern, desk workstation with a curved monitor and printing station. We even have a pet bed for our furry little friends! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire townhome MINUS ONE STORAGE CLOSET and the ATTIC. Bringing a lot of luggage…no worries as there are huge closets with plenty of space. There's also a small laundry room with supplies that are available. Guests are required to let the host know when they first arrive and when they have checked-out. Upon arrival, guests must inform the host if there are any missing keys. If this is not done and keys are missing, guests may be held liable for the keys being replaced. Other things to note This is a two-bedroom, one and a half bath home. The master bedroom holds one king sized bed and a roll out bed with a 43-inch HDTV, while the second bedroom has a queen sized bed with 32-inch HDTV. The living room offers a comfy sectional with a huge 75-inch HDTV. All TVs have various streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Nightstands have LED lighting, USB ports and wireless charging. Our guests will enjoy a fully loaded kitchen with an air fryer, rice cooker, and waffle maker as well as clean towels, toilet paper, soap, and other special toiletries! Access to the home is located on the ground level and the bedrooms are located upstairs. In mild traffic, we are about 20 minutes from the airport (30-35 minutes in heavier traffic). If you are planning a longer stay, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, supermarkets and shopping centers are all 5-10 minutes away. If you arrive with children, please watch them carefully. We love to host babies, toddlers, tweens and teenagers as long as adults commit to supervise them. Please note that cribs are not provided.
