Inside, the home features a warm interior, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area and 3 bedrooms with soft linens. In the warmer months, located within walking distance, enjoy private access to Lower Beach Pond, perfect for swimming and kayaking. We also have permitted parking passes to Carry Beach (Lake Winnipesaukee) and Albee Beach (Lake Wentworth). In the winter, bundle up and spend the day skiing at Abernaki Ski Resort (about 10 mins away), or Gunstock Mountain Resort and King Pine Ski Area (about 30 mins away). No matter the time of year, enjoy everything downtown Wolfeboro has to offer. Walk/run/bike the Cotton Valley Rail Trail, dine at one of the many restaurants, grab an ice cream at Yum Yum or Baileys, or stroll the lake front.
