The space This fully renovated luxury apartment, completed in 2025, is part of an exclusive lakeside villa in one of the most beautiful locations at Lake Uri — featuring stunning lake views, private access to Lake Lucerne, and its own garden area. Enjoy unforgettable summer days by the lake with a private outdoor seating area, a cozy beach chair, and direct access to the water. Two complimentary stand-up paddle boards are also available — perfect for relaxing hours on Lake Uri. The apartment features a stylish open loft design with carefully selected high-end interiors. The elegant bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a large soaking bathtub. The spacious master bedroom with premium box-spring bed offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere with views towards the lake. In the rear area, you will find an open sleeping alcove with a double bed — ideal for two children, but also comfortable for adults. The pull-out sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The open apartment offers: Master bed (box-spring, 200x200 cm) in the front area Cozy sleeping alcove with double bed (140x200 cm) in the rear area Pull-out sofa bed in the living room In total, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests — perfect for couples, families, or small groups who appreciate a modern and open living concept. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, mobile double induction cooktop, and a Nespresso coffee station. A washer-dryer combination is also available. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. An electric charging station (10 kW) is available upon request. A private boat dock may also be used by arrangement. The train station, boat terminal, and highway access are all nearby, making Seezeit35 the ideal base for relaxation, outdoor adventures, and exploring Switzerland in every direction. Other things to note Our retreat is perfectly located for discovering the beauty of Central Switzerland: Lucerne can be reached in just 30 minutes by car — or by a scenic boat cruise directly from Flüelen across Lake Lucerne. Zurich is approximately 45–50 minutes away by train or car, with convenient direct train connections from Flüelen station. The famous Stoos ridge hike with its breathtaking panoramic views is only around 20 minutes away. Lake Uri is also well known as a paradise for wind and water sports enthusiasts. With direct lake access from the property, guests can easily step straight into the water. The perfect balance between peaceful lakeside relaxation, alpine adventures, and elegant city escapes.
