From the street-level entrance, an interior staircase leads to a space that spans the entire four-story building, carefully designed to make the most of every corner with both functionality and style. The flowing layout, natural light from the balcony, and contemporary furniture create a warm and practical atmosphere. The visible wood in the interiors retains the traditional look while adding warmth to the home. The property occupies the whole building, with access from the street and distribution across four levels: ground floor, two main floors, and the attic for five people. It features two double bedrooms—ideal for resting after a day by the sea or in the mountains—and two full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. The kitchen, though missing an oven, is equipped with all necessary appliances for an independent stay: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... and it also opens onto a small exterior balcony, perfect for breakfast or a sunset drink. Guests must download an app to open the door and check in online before arrival.
