The fifth suite can also serve as a workspace or private office. A true highlight of the property is the master bathroom, adorned with a majestic, hand-carved stone bathtub weighing over 800 kg, creating an intimate and refined atmosphere. The central living room is the social heart of the masseria: an open-plan kitchen—equipped with both gas and induction cooktops—is perfect for preparing meals independently or hosting a private chef (upon request). The living area also includes an original fireplace, a cozy lounge, and a large dining table for 12 guests. Adjacent to it, a cinema room with a large screen offers the ideal setting for relaxing movie nights in total comfort. Outside, the masseria is surrounded by a lush garden with fruit trees, providing complete privacy and tranquility. The natural stone swimming pool with a waterfall and open-air shower is the perfect spot to cool off on warm summer days. A restored pergola in traditional style, furnished with a dining table for 10–12 guests, shelters a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed to enjoy open-air dining and unforgettable evenings under the stars.
