Torre Rub offers 3 independent apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, a social area and its own bathroom, ideal for groups or families looking to live together while maintaining their privacy. Located next to the Pípila Monument, with access to the funicular and downtown in just 5 minutes. With unique views of the city and a quiet atmosphere to rest, so parties are not allowed. We do not have a garage, but we have an agreement with adjacent public parking at a preferential rate. The space Torre Rub has 3 independent apartments with modern and quality finishes, distributed one above the other on 3 levels, each with its own entrance. Each apartment is designed for 4 people and includes: / 2 bedrooms · A bedroom with a double bed. · A bedroom with two single beds. / Social area: living room, dining room and kitchen. / Full bathroom. Floorplans: · Apartment 3: at street level, with direct access from the parking lot. · Apartment 2 and Apartment 1: located on the lower levels, with access via private exterior stairs on the side of the building. Each apartment operates completely independently, so groups or families traveling together can share the same tower while maintaining total privacy and comfort in their own space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire tower, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The adjacent parking lot operates from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, affecting only the entry and exit of vehicles; the pedestrian entrance and stairs to the apartments are not affected. Cars can stay inside overnight. If you need to move a vehicle outside of hours, you can notify us as far in advance as possible and we will arrange access or removal with the parking managers. Vehicles can be entered after 9 pm, although it requires additional steps (opening, closing and securing the gate); therefore, we do not recommend it unless necessary Other things to note No parties or gatherings that generate noise late at night are allowed. Although there are no immediate houses, neighbors live in the adjoining apartments, so it is recommended to maintain a respectful atmosphere. Access to the apartments that require going down stairs is comfortable and easy to get to with luggage. For convenience and to avoid traffic or parking search in the center, we recommend leaving the vehicle in the parking lot during your walks and moving by taxi or Uber.
