THE SPACE: The apartment includes a full bathroom, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining room and laundry room. OCCUPANCY AND EXTRA GUESTS The apartment is designed for 4 people. One additional guest can be added for an extra fee, which is automatically included when 5 guests are selected in the reservation. One child under 8 years of age is allowed, in addition to 4 guests, at no cost, only if they share existing beds. If the child requires a separate space (1.60-m (5.25-ft) sofa bed or folding bed), they are considered an additional guest, and the corresponding charge applies. The additional charge applies regardless of the length of stay or use of the space. PARKING AND MECHANICAL PLATFORM The accommodation has a parking space assigned at ground level (maximum height guaranteed approx. 1.61 m, width 2.20 m). The available height may vary due to the parking configuration, but a higher height is not guaranteed. Large vehicles (large SUVs, vans, or high vans) may not be suitable; in that case, we can suggest nearby public parking lots. Due to the parking lot configuration and the existence of a mechanical platform for independent use, it may sometimes be necessary to move vehicles to allow access. In these cases, the guest will have the following options, subject to operational availability: a) Leave the vehicle keys in the assigned lockbox, to facilitate the movement of the car, when this alternative is available, or b) Personally move the vehicle when required. In the event that the key safe option is not available, the applicable alternative shall be option b). The use and operation of the mechanical platform are not part of the accommodation and are not the host's responsibility. Other things to note We are close to relevant points of interest in Mexico City, such as the new US Embassy. (25 minutes by car, approx. 8.5 km), the Basilica of Guadalupe (20 minutes, approx. 8.5 km), the Bicentennial Park (15 minutes, approx. 5.4 km) and the La Raza Hospital (15 minutes, approx. 6.5 km). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay: comfortable beds, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, cold/warm water dispenser and utensils), WiFi, two televisions, cable service, washer/dryer, hot water, fan, iron, hair dryer and a quiet environment to rest after your activities or events. The apartment has functional wooden closets in both bedrooms, with enough space to store clothes and belongings during the stay. Cleaning is done professionally before each arrival, with special attention to the kitchen, bathroom and bedding. Daily housekeeping service is not available during the stay, as in hotels.
