The space Fast fiber optic Internet / WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Use the separate workstation for productive hours. Or relax in the living room on the couch in front of the large flat screen. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a 1.80 m wide bed as well as other sleeping options in the living room (sofa bed - 1.40 m wide) and on the open gallery to the living area (bed - 1.40 m wide), which, however, only has a ceiling height of about 1.50 m. Especially something special for children. The compact kitchen with oven is fully equipped and ideal for longer stays. The modern bathroom with rain shower and underfloor heating offers additional comfort. Even on hot summer days, the rooms remain pleasantly tempered thanks to the cooling via heat pump and the good insulation. The apartment is ideal for families, couples and business travelers.
