City Vibe Jánská

A modern apartment with air conditioning, located in a historically interesting building in the center of Brno, making it an ideal starting point for exploring nightlife, culture and gastronomy. This bright and elegant 2+kk apartment is the ideal choice for guests who want to have everything within easy reach. Paid parking is available in the nearby Velký Špalíček parking garage. We must point out that Fridays and Saturdays tend to be busier at this apartment, precisely because of its location. The space The stylish, cozy, slightly Balinese-style interior of the apartment combines modern elements with natural and pleasant details. The apartment has a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, a comfortable living area with a pull-out couch, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a spacious shower area. A distinctive and interesting feature of the apartment is the seating by the windows, thanks to the wide window sills. The apartment also includes a very spacious open closet in the bedroom, where all guests can comfortably unpack and store their belongings and suitcases so that they are not in the way. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and other details that guarantee fun and comfort. The Jánská apartment is painted with natural clay paints, giving it its unmistakable soft beige touch, which, together with natural accessories, has a positive effect on relaxation and rest. We want the apartment to provide the best possible conditions for relaxation. Because the city is busier on weekends, the apartment is equipped with blackout acoustic curtains, both in the bedroom and in the living room, so that all guests have pleasant sleeping conditions. Earplugs are also provided for demanding guests. The apartment is brand new, with a new mattress, and there are also professional pillows and hotel bed linens. Air conditioning in both the living area with an extra bed and in the bedroom. It is also equipped with a new washer with a dryer and ironing supplies. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is contactless. Both the main entrance door to the house and the apartment have their own unique code, thanks to which there is no need to think about keys or cards and all guests always have access to the apartment. After booking, the guest will receive access codes for both the main entrance to the house and the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located right in the center of Brno, making it an ideal starting point for discovering nightlife, culture and gastronomy. In addition to historical monuments, you will also find a wide range of modern businesses worth visiting. Attractions, cafes and renowned bars nearby: - Historic city center with all attractions - 4 rooms, Bar, which does not exist, Slast, Super Panda Circus - SKØG Urban Hub, Soul Bistro, Stopkova Plzeňská Pivnice (Pub) - Goose on a Leash Theater, Janáček Theater Walking distance: - City center (Svoboda Square) 4 minutes walk - Zelný trh and Moravské náměstí 7 minutes walk - Main train station 10-12 minutes walk Tip for guests: Thanks to its convenient location, you'll have everything at your fingertips - from cocktail bars and gastronomic experiences to cultural activities. However, we must point out that Fridays and Saturdays tend to be busier in this apartment, precisely because of its location, and this must be taken into account. For this reason, we recommend the apartment for adult visitors rather than for families with children, especially on weekends. That's why we chose the lowest limit for children to be 4 years, the age when they can sleep independently. We do not plan to buy a cot for the apartment. However, if you are looking for accommodation for a family with a smaller child in the center of Brno, we would like to offer our second apartment Nest vibe Slovákova, which is further away from the city bustle.
