Modern apartment in Žďár nad Sázavou (4–5 guests) with a family history. My grandparents built the house and lived here most of their lives. That's why, after the renovation, I kept some of the original furniture as a memento of my childhood. The house offers perfect comfort, absolute peace and quiet, and proximity to both picturesque natural surroundings and the city center. Ideal for families (crib, high chair), couples, and business trips. Enjoy the beauty of the Žďárské vrchy mountains or UNESCO World Heritage sites. The apartment is also suitable for cyclists and cross-country skiers. The space The spacious apartment will provide you with generous amenities for perfect relaxation. You can look forward to a comfortable living room, two cozy bedrooms, a cleverly designed kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can best enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, while the kids will be thrilled with the garden and its trampoline. For the summer, we'll build a real teepee in the garden (at the turn of June and July). During the summer, the garden turns into an oasis of adventure and offers an adventurous experience of glamping under the stars. We are also bike-friendly, and the apartment also includes a place in the house for bike storage. You can also bring your pet with you by prior arrangement.
