The space Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a picturesque 19th-century cottage that has been lovingly renovated without losing its charm. The perfect place for couples, families or friends who want to unwind in nature and recharge their batteries. 🛏️ Accommodation The cottage has two separate bedrooms: The first has a large double bed, a bookcase, a stove and cozy lighting. The second room serves as a living room with a sofa and a daybed that can sleep 2 people. Total capacity: up to 4 people All rooms are furnished with wooden furniture and natural textiles for maximum comfort. 🍳 Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, traditional wood-burning stove and modern cooker. Basic spices, coffee, tea, dishes and kitchen utensils are provided. 🛁 Bathroom Shower, toilet, sink – simple, but clean and functional. 🔥 Heating Heating is provided by wood in three stoves (including wood prepared on site). In summer, thanks to the thick walls, the cottage stays pleasantly cool. 🌼 Garden and outdoor seating area Covered pergola with seating and lighting – perfect for an evening get-together with wine or beer. Large garden with fire pit, benches and parasol. In season, there is the option of picking fruit and vegetables from the garden. There is also a natural stone grill. 🚗 Parking Covered parking space for a car right next to the cottage and additional free parking spaces for visitors (approx. 20 meters from the cottage). 📍 Location The cottage is located in the quiet village of Zahrádka u Pošné (5 km from Pacov). In the surrounding area, you will find natural and cultural monuments, ponds for swimming and fishing, beautiful forests for mushroom picking and numerous cycling trails.
