The Spot: unique view, hidden behind elementary school

Cozy garden house with panoramic views Located behind a primary school with unobstructed views over the countryside. Outside you can enjoy a BBQ or fire, inside you sleep comfortably (double bed + possibly cot/single bed). Monkey bars in the gym or join a CrossFit class. In the school there are also 2 family B&Bs and we live here as a family. The space The isolated garden house is behind the elementary school in which we live as a family. You can sit outside and in the cottage there is a double bed and a crib can be added. Next to the garden house, you can go straight into the school where the communal toilets and showers are located (you share these with the athletes). There is a sandbox, and if the wind is right, you can use the fire bowl. There are also picnic tables and nice garden chairs. So in addition to 2 adults (who share the bed) there is room for 1 child. Guest access You can use the shared toilets and showers (both 2) and in this bathroom there is a sink with a children's bath in addition to a regular sink. Outside of CrossFit classes, you can use the gym and if there is room in the class, you are welcome to join. Other things to note You share the building with us as a family and there are 2 other family B&Bs in the same hall as the gym. After 10 p.m. it is quiet in the building as we mainly have young families. We ask all guests to be considerate of each other. Making a fire is only allowed in consultation with us, as it is important that the wind is such that the smoke does not enter the building. Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out at 10 a.m. Usually, cleaning fees are charged on top of the rent on Airbnb. We do not do this because we notice that our guests leave it tidy. We do ask you to take off the bed yourself, collect the laundry and take out the garbage (and of course put your dishes back clean :-).
