Lakeside vacation home in Bavaria – vacation with dog

Our 67 m² vacation home is quietly located in the Bavarian countryside and has its own garden. The lake with dog beach is only 200 m away, fishing with a license is possible. Ideal for holidays by the lake and holidays with dogs. In winter, it is ideally suited for winter vacations & ski vacations. Winter sports resorts such as Sankt Englmar are about 100 km away. Thermal baths and an airfield are nearby. The space 67 m² wooden house with fenced garden! Cozy living room with access to the furnished terrace, connected to a dining area. The master bedroom has a double bed and a built-in closet, the children's bedroom has two beds and also a built-in closet. In the bathroom you will find two sinks, a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer. The toilet with additional sink is separate. Just 200 m from Lake Rottauensee, you will find a popular seaside resort where your dog is also welcome. Hiking and cycling trails make the lake the ideal starting point for tours to the Rottal valley – from relaxed laps to sporting excursions. With permission, you can go fishing, and beach volleyball, soccer and other outdoor activities await around the lake. Taverns and beer gardens invite you to linger. In winter, curling on Lake Gambach, ice skating and groomed cross-country ski trails are a highlight in the snow. The ski resorts near Salzburg or the Bavarian Forest are 1 h - 1.5 h away. For a special view, you can enjoy sightseeing flights with motor gliders or gliders. Barbecue areas by the lake complement the offer and create perfect conditions for relaxing days. Wellness and relaxation can be found in the thermal baths of the spa triangle with soothing treatments and thermal baths. For families, the nearby Bayernpark with roller coasters, whitewater rides and animal enclosures offers plenty of adventure. The district town of Pfarrkirchen completes the offer with shops, cafes and restaurants. Other things to note We charge an additional security deposit of 200 euros for your stay. This serves as protection against any damage or special cleaning work. After a successful handover of the property without complaints, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
