This house has easily accessible and spacious parking on the property. There is a Dollar General Store a 6-minute drive away. There is a BP a 5 minute drive away that has good Hunt Brothers Pizza (call ahead). You do not have to remove the trash. If you need to remove trash while staying on the property, the large trash can is in the driveway. Directions to access the lake boat ramp: 2069-2099 Baymeadows Drive West. Leaving the house, turn right onto Bank Lodge Drive. At the first stop sign make a left. At the next stop sign make a right onto Baymeadows Drive West. Travel for 1.2 miles, and your destination will be on your left. You will see a grass and dirt lot with a black chainlength fence on your left. Pull in there. You will see the three boat ramps accessing the water. You can park in this lot. Daylight hours only.
