Peaceful farm stay at Les Rimpaudieres

Les Rimpaudieres is a spacious peaceful property surrounded by countryside located on our sheep farm. We have two bedrooms one double and two singles! A large shower in the bathroom. There is a private enclosed garden for you to enjoy a glass of wine under the willow tree,whilst listening to the many species of birds living in our area and at night you can admire the clear skies and a million stars! We hope to welcome you soon. The space Les Rimpaudieres is open plan downstairs with a lounge area , tv (French, English, Dutch, German) wood burning stove, electric radiators, sofa and armchairs, dining area seats four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable break including coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and cooking hob. Upstairs you will find a large landing area and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, the upstairs features the original oak beams, both have wardrobes and storage along with radiators for those staying during the winter months and extra blankets if required . The bathroom has a large shower and heated towel rail, no more damp towels! Outside there is an enclosed garden with bistro garden furniture and a willow tree in the middle of the lawned area providing shade on the hottest of days. Parking is right outside the property so no dragging luggage very far. We live onsite so if you need anything we are always on hand to help. We hope you will enjoy your stay on our farm in the picturesque Val D’Oire et Gartempe. Guest access Whilst we wish for you to enjoy your stay on our farm we do kindly ask to respect the farm area as we do have animals and machinery. We do have dogs but they are friendly although on your arrival they will bark to let us know you have arrived! We have parking for two cars on site outside the property but if required we can offer under cover parking, perfect for motorcycles. Other things to note Les Rimpaudieres is situated 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Montmorillon and 30 minutes from the Circuit du Val de Vienne, 60 minute drive to either Poitiers or Limoges. We are easily accessible from the N147 . The location is the perfect stop over if travelling through France or for a relaxing quiet break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. A perfect home from home to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful Haute Vienne countryside!
