Great area for biking to anywhere in town. The space Enter this garden gem through the old iron gate. This charming home has a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, comfy sofa for lounging, TV, Wifi and wonderful artwork throughout. There is a bedroom w/ queen size bed and plenty of closet space to unpack. The bathroom is small, and has a neo-angle shower for bathing. Bright and sunny dining room has a table, chairs and separate work desk for computing. For those who want to cook, there is a well equipped kitchen, cooking oil and some spices. The Natural Foods Co-op provides many foods in their bulk section, so you can buy as much or as little as you need. We provide some coffee beans for a couple of starter pots of coffee, as well as tea bags for tea drinkers. Groceries can be found at the nearby Natural Foods Co-op and Fred Meyer. There are city parks both north and south of the bungalow with volleyball, softball, pickleball and tennis courts. Free city buses stop just two blocks away and will take you downtown to the Farmers Market or shopping. Bring your bicycle and you can get to just about anywhere. Coming to Corvallis for an OSU event? Reser and Goss Stadiums are an easy 20-30 min walk, as well as LaSalle Stewart Center, CH2M Hill Alumni Center, and Gill Coliseum and PRAx, the new Patricia Valian Reser Center for the Creative Arts. With plenty of street parking available, you can park your car and walk or bike. This home is also on the course for the Corvallis Half- Marathon, held in the spring (early- mid April). Guest access Guests are welcome to use the front porch and garden sitting area. Other things to note Easy self check-in with keypad. Must be 26 or older. Security deposit - if you damage the home you may be charged accordingly. Absolutely no pets, parties or smoking on the property.
