This is a two-bedroom accommodation which is part of our home but separate for your use. The whole accommodation sleeps 4 (each room sleeps two guests) if booking for 2 or less, 1 king bed will be given (in one room). If two adults traveling together requires two separate rooms, a 50% surcharge of booking fee will apply. Front bedroom has a queen size bed, back bedroom has a king size bed and adequate closet space. Complimentary high speed WIFI, AC & ceiling fans. NO kitchen. 32-inch smart TV. The space This is a simple, neat, functional and beautiful accommodation. You will enjoy all Summer natural lighting. Ideally located in the quiet residential area of Discovery bay along the canal, 10 mins drive from the Providenciales International airport and 10 minutes to Grace Bay beach and shopping district. Here you can truly leave your troubles behind and enjoy endless Summer, 87 degrees with Cool Trade Winds in the Turks and Caicos. It is recommended that car rental arrangement is made for ease of getting around due to the location. There is ample secured parking on the property. This is a secured gated property which required remote control to gain access. After a long day at the beach guests can unwind on the screened patio with their favorite glass of wine or cold beverage. Each room has access to the screened patio as well as the swimming pool and the gazebo strategically located close to the canal. Near to the pool there is a deck, lounge chairs, outdoor patio chairs. The deck area comes with deck furniture and an outside toilet as well a shower for your comfort especially if you want to shower after being outside or on the beach. There is no need to rush inside to use the toilet when you’re enjoying the outdoors. There are no dogs on the property however we have chickens from which we get fresh organic eggs. Occasionally you may see stray cats, please do not feed them. If you are into water sports, kayak and stand up paddle can be arranged at an extra cost. If you are interested in outdoor bbq, the owners grill is available on request as well Guest access There is access to the house through the front or back porch door from where you proceed directly to your room depending on which room you are staying. During your stay Being part of the property, there will be someone around most of the time should you need anything. Use the front screen door bell for attention. Other things to note Even though there is NO kitchen, there is a microwave and mini fridge along with water dispenser for your use (hot & cold) in the unit. The bbq grill has a stove if you desire to use the grill to prepare a meal. We will assist you with utensils needed if available.
