Everything is within walking distance and yet nice and quiet (bedroom to the courtyard) The space My place is colorful, more colorful, the most colorful and every guest is ❤️-ly invited to do their part to make it even more colorful... ... in your room there are many areas that are still waiting for color and every guest can choose one of the areas for free design. Guest access Guest room in my apartment. You have 1 bedroom for your own use, all other rooms (living room, kitchen, bathroom) are shared with me. During your stay I am mostly available for you on site because I have the great privilege of being able to work at home and if I am not there you can reach me via WhatsApp. Other things to note My cat Tommy (also called a cuddly monster) lives with me in the house, who is always very much looking forward to new people and usually actively seeks contact with guests. Smoking is allowed in my living room, which should not bother you (air filter runs 24/7, but as a non-smoker you will of course notice it). All other rooms, especially the bedrooms, are of course smoke-free. If you are a smoker, then you should please only smoke in the living room (or outside if you prefer to have peace and quiet). The tourist tax in our city is €2.40 per person per night and is included in the price. 2 e-charging points just a 5-minute walk away.
