These are accessible to the disabled and can accommodate 2 campers. Access to the ground floor apartment is as follows: - The key safe is located on the outside wall under the mailbox to the right of the front door. - In the key safe there is a front door key and a key to the entrance door of the ground floor apartment. - In the staircase on the left and you are standing in front of the entrance door of the apartment. Other things to note - The remote control for the awning can be found on the fridge. - The charcoal grill, and the fire bowl can be used with sufficient distance from the building and other buildings. Wood, charcoal must be procured by yourself. - A washing machine and clotheshorse are located in the utility room. You will find this on the right after the front door (note the signs) You must procure your own laundry detergent. - Up to 6 bicycles can be accommodated in the adjacent lockable garage.( no liability) - The Amper Ammersee bike path is about 1 km away. - Kaltenberg is about 2 km away. From the garden, you have a direct view of Kaltenberg Castle. - A pub is about 1.5 km ( 20 minutes walk) away. Bus connection: Regional bus line 810 runs every 40 minutes on weekdays with a total of 28 trips between the Mammendorf and Geltendorf S-Bahn stations with a stop in Hausen near Geltendorf. Line X910 offers direct connections to the S-Bahn lines S4, S5, S6, S8, the U-Bahn line U6 and the ExpressBus X208.
