Excellent cost-benefit and great location. Everything you need to have a great accommodation. Well-equipped space with air-conditioned room and exclusive bathroom for the guest. We also have a laundry room with a six-pack style washing machine (NOT CENTRIFUGAL). Close to Manauara Shopping and Carrefour. Location is shared with me only. If you're looking for a place to stay, with a certain convenience and cost-benefit, this is the right place. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, but only 2 in operation(so far), mine and the one I put for rent. Since mine is a suite, the other bathroom is for the guest's sole and exclusive use. Other common areas such as kitchen,laundry and living room are shared. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and has a flight of stairs with 13 steps. If you have any mobility issues, please note. During your stay I am always available to resolve any issues that may occur during your stay. Just contact me via message.
