Excellent value for money and great location. Everything you need for a great stay. Well-equipped space with air-conditioned bedroom and exclusive bathroom for the guest. We also have a laundry room with a tub-style washing machine (NO SPIN). Close to Manauara Shopping and Carrefour. The place is shared only with me. If you are looking for a place to stay with a certain comfort and cost-benefit, this is the right place. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, but only 2 in operation (so far), mine and the one I rent out. Since mine is a suite, the other bathroom is for the guest's sole and exclusive use. The other common areas such as the kitchen, laundry and living room are shared. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and has a flight of stairs with 13 steps. If you have any mobility issues, please be advised. During your stay I am always available to resolve any issues that may occur during your stay. Just contact me via message.
