They may also use the secure outdoor parking area, offering convenience and peace of mind for a practical and comfortable stay from start to finish. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO KNOW: • Hallways and common areas are monitored by security cameras. • Please inform us in advance if you’d like to add another guest during your stay (you must update and pay through the platform). • Visitors are not allowed. • Guest substitutions during the stay are not permitted. For example: one person sleeps one night, and another the next. You must update the reservation to reflect the correct number of guests. • Minors are welcome with authorization from a legal guardian. • Perishable food items such as salt, oil, and pepper are not provided. • We do not provide bowls, mixing containers, or chopsticks. • This apartment does not have safety nets on the windows or balcony. • The space is intended for temporary residential stays only, not for commercial purposes.
