Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ~1900sqft main house. Master bdrm includes a king bed, a queen bed & en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bdrm has 2 queen beds. All bedrooms upstairs. Please read: There is an (occasionally occupied) attached ADU that has a separate entrance but does share a wall with the main house. Guests have private access to all 1900 sqft living space. Guest access does not include garage or ADU. Guests can park in the driveway which fits 2-4 cars/SUVs/vans. The space Enjoy the full kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room! Enjoy the view from the patio or explore nearby hiking trails and restaurants. Please note the property is in an area close to nature. Even though we try our best to keep bugs out there will still be some impact due to the location. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or issues when they arise, so that I can address them. Guest access Guests have full access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the full kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, patio and driveway. Please park in the spaces in the driveway close to the fence when possible (instead of in front of the garage). Street parking is not allowed. Guests won’t have access to the garage or the attached ADU unit. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor areas such as driveway, patio, etc. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional $275 cleaning fee will be charged. No parties are allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM - 7 AM. Pets are not allowed. If pets are brought to the home, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.
