Enjoy modern comfort and an incredible view at this charming open concept bungalow perched atop a hill in Los Angeles. Close to DTLA, Dodger Stadium, Occidental, Pasadena & located close to freeway access to all of Los Angeles. This 1923 home has been completely remodeled and upgraded to retain its vintage charm and provide a modern oasis in the busy city. The home is brand new inside & out. I am trying to dial it in and I need your help to do that. Please reach out with tips and suggestions. The space This house has a full kitchen with modern appliances, a gas range with convection oven, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and is fully stocked pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. It has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other has a full bed. Bedrooms and living area have individual heating and cooling units. The house is perched on top of a hill and is accessed by staircase from the street. Not suitable for anyone with mobility concerns. The view from the top is of east los angeles skyline Guest access House has electronic deadbolt with a code that will be released close to check in. Other things to note No Smoking on property please. EV charging can be arranged at an additional fee of $10 per day or $50 a week. Exterior Grounds & Trash Maintenance: The owner performs routine exterior grounds and trash maintenance once per week on Monday mornings, in preparation for scheduled municipal trash service. This maintenance is limited to outdoor areas only and does not require access to the interior of the home. Visits are brief and conducted during normal daytime hours. Guests are not required to be present. Occupancy, Use & Care of the Home: -Only the guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property. -No pets unless explicitly disclosed and approved in advance. -No subletting, third-party use, or assignment of the reservation. -The home may not be altered, rearranged, or used for commercial purposes. -Guests are responsible for maintaining the home in good condition and reporting any issues promptly. -Failure to follow house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policy. EXTENDED STAY HOUSE RULES (For reservations exceeding 30 nights) Property Access & Maintenance -For safety, maintenance, and insurance compliance, the owner or authorized service providers may access the property for routine maintenance, repairs, or condition checks with reasonable advance notice, except in the event of an emergency. -Access will be limited to normal daytime hours and conducted professionally and respectfully.
