Come enjoy a peaceful relaxing stay at our lakefront property located on the Dairyland Reservoir near Ladysmith WI. This modern cozy home has all the necessary amenities to accomodate your stay. Unwind and enjoy your vacation in the beautiful northwoods with a private dock to the lake. The Dairyland Reservoir, an 1800 acre lake offers great fishing, boating, kayaking and gorgeous views. ATV and snowmobile trails also accessible right from the driveway! The space A newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom house located on the Dairyland Reservoir near Ladysmith. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an attached bathroom including a shower and large soaker tub. The second bedroom includes a queen over queen bunkbed. Both bedrooms have black out blinds to ensure comfort and privacy. The living room and master bedroom have smart tv's/Roku, equipped with Hulu and Peacock streaming services. The pull out sectional sleeper sofa in the living room provides an extra sleeping space for guests if needed. There are two universal phone chargers available for your convenience. Fully equipped kitchen. All-in-one washer and dryer unit available for use with your stay. Board games/cribbage board/cards and dice are all available in the entertainment center in the living room. We supply an ample amount of towels, blankets/bedding/pillows, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up remover wipes. A pack-and-play and high chair for your littles are also provided. Outdoor features include patio table & chairs, bonfire pit, gas grill, and private dock. Enjoy the large yard with provided yard games. Private 215 ft dock located on a quiet secluded bay of the Dairyland Reservoir. **Please inquire with us about docking a boat as it is only about 2-3 feet deep at times** Dam Road boat ramp is located just two miles from the property with space available at the property to park a boat trailer. Kayaks and canoe are available for use with your stay. Pontoon rental available for extra fee, please inquire if interested Whether you come to enjoy the lake, the ATV/snowmobile trails that are accessible right from driveway or simply just relax and curl up with a good book - this is the perfect place to stay for all of the Northern Wisconsin seasons! We have one exterior Ring security camera on the east side of the property at the side entrance. We use these devices for the protection of our property and guests. Cameras record 24/7 and are motion activated. Tampering with a security device is grounds for immediate cancellation. This is a one story home but please note the use of up to five steps on the porches to enter into the home. Guest access Entire house on Dairyland Reservoir.
