Guest access Guests have full access to the 2-bedroom condo unit, and you're free to enjoy the peaceful outdoor spaces around the property—including the playground and the landscaped park, perfect for a morning jog or a relaxing stroll. Pool Access: You may enjoy SM Jazz Residences' huge resort type swimming pools for a small fee paid to the condo admin. • ₱150/person/day on regular days • ₱300/person/day on holidays Just let us know in advance so we can help coordinate with the admin and purchase pool coupons for you in advance. Please note: The gym is exclusive to unit owners and tenants and unfortunately not open to short-term guests at the moment. Parking: We have paid parking slots in the condo building at a very minimal fee of 300PHP/vehicle/night. Parking can sometimes get full so let us know in advance if you'll be needing parking space.
