At the dining table and in the sitting area, you can relax with a glass of wine or a good book, while the underfloor heating provides a cozy warmth. There is WiFi and a TV, and those who want to work will find a pleasant workplace on the first floor. On the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet and on the floor the comfortable bedrooms: a double bed and two separate beds can accommodate up to four guests divided into 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a spacious shower and a washer-dryer combination – practical for a longer stay. Pets are welcome, and guests with an electric car can use the charging facility for a fee. The guest house is completely energy neutral thanks to solar panels, home battery and sustainable heating by means of geothermal energy. Guest access You enter the guest house via the driveway of the farmhouse. Parking is available on private property with charging facility for electric vehicles. Through the courtyard of the Stolp farm, you have access to a private entrance. You can use a south-facing terrace with an outdoor table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Other things to note - We appreciate it if no noise is made on the premises between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. - The accommodation is in close proximity to a school, children playing will be audible during the stay. - No smoking is allowed in the accommodation, smoking outside is discouraged, and it is not allowed to leave cigarettes in the garden. - No open flames are allowed on the terrace. - The guest house is equipped with natural supply of fresh air and mechanical ventilation for the removal of air. - Waste is separated into: plastic (orange bin), vegetable (green bin) and residual waste (black bin). Glass and paper can be collected separately and given to the host. - There are 20 solar panels on the property that certainly in the summer ensure that the property is energy neutral. - Basically, 1 set of bed linen, 1 towel and kitchen textiles are available.
