Come in and make yourself at home in this home away from home, fully equipped kitchen for cooking your favor meals with family and friends. Huge back deck that wraps around to the front of the house. The back deck is a great place to turn out the lights and sit under the stars. Game room located downstairs. Guest access whole house, garage, & downstairs game room. Other things to note The town of Shingletown is just 2 miles up the road where you will find a dollar general, REEDS Market/Deli/gas station, Which has a deli with sit down dinning they also do take out orders. There is a Pizza parlor & Bar. Shingletown store and gas station. There is a new gift shop which has a variety of items suitable for the area and snow gear also a few second hand stores. We do get snow if you need snow removed my husband is available to plow the driveway for you. We experience power outages once in a while but no worries we have a generac generator which comes on automatically "YOU won't be left in the dark". We have STARLink as our WiFi, youtube TV & netflixs all codes are in the house rule book located in the house.
