Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space This cozy cottage offers the warmth of home and family. Two bedrooms; one with an antique 4-poster full size bed; the other has a bunk bed with twin bed on top and full size bed on the bottom. There is also a full size hide-away sofa in the living room. WIFI thru-out with Blue Water Cottage Guest login. 55 inch smart TV in the living room includes Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu etc. etc. House does NOT have central air. Window air conditioner in dining room cools off the whole house. Dining room has large table with sitting for six. Kitchen has gas stove/oven; refrigerator, microwave, toaster and one-cup Keurig coffee maker. Also stored under cabinets are pots and pans, blender, electric grill, air fryer and eating utensils. Glass ware, casual dinner plates, wine glasses are in upper cabinets. Also, there are paper plates, bowls and plastic eating utensils. There is a backyard that can only be accessed from the inside staircase to the basement. The backyard has table with netted umbrella and 6 chairs. There is room for up to 3 cars or one truck and one car in the front parking area. Keyless entry door uses a 4 digit code to unlock. Press Lock Icon on the top of keypad when leaving to securely lock the house. Once inside, please remove "outside" shoes and wear socks, " inside only" shoes or bare feet in the house. Fresh linens made on all beds at check in. Towels are in the bathroom on the front shelf. Trial size toiletries are in basket over the toilet. Take what you need; leave the rest. There is a locked "owner's closet" in the back of the bathroom. No pets allowed. Please leave a review and offer suggestions. Enjoy you stay, and come back again.
