If you break the rules and hold an event (defined as more guests entering the space than the reservation was made for), you will be charged a $1000 fee, which is comparable to the fees for non-exclusive local event centers (and much lower than fees for exclusive private event rentals). – • NO PETS POLICY • – We love animals, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our property. This policy is in place to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests. Bringing a pet onto the property will result in a violation of our house rules and a $1000 cleaning fee.
